• Contribute to the design and development of the OpenTAS 365 ISV solution using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
• Translate business and operational requirements into functional solution designs following Microsoft best practices.
• Conduct process analysis together with domain experts and define future target processes for terminal operations.
• Design solutions using standard Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Platform capabilities.
• Support the creation of functional design documentation and solution architecture descriptions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams during implementation.
• Participate in backlog refinement, solution validation, and feature discussions.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Support internal teams with functional expertise during implementation and testing phases.
• Optionally support customer implementation projects and contribute to our service organization.
