Business Development Rep

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for OpenTag in Brazil
• Identify, approach, and close deals with local operators and white-label brands
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and handover for onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operator decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, Heads of Product, etc.)
• Present and promote the OpenTag platform, including Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, Bonus System, and CMS modules
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights
• Represent OpenTag at major industry events in Brazil and LATAM (e.g., BiS SiGMA Americas, SBC Summit Rio)
• Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to localize and optimize sales materials for the Brazilian market

• Performing tasks with some guidance (understand business requirements and be able to analyze them)
• Be able to set up the dev environment on their own
• Change code to make it more efficient
• Perform several tasks for several projects
• Debug issues and determine their root cause
• Identify technical debt and refactoring ideas for legacy code
• Use BDD/TDD practices to implement new functionality
• Participate in the code review process
• Active collaboration with team members
• Participate in regular company and team meetings
• Demonstrating initiatives and finding different ways of solving different issues.
