About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the analysis and structuring of efficient global compensation programs to ensure organizational alignment and market competitiveness.
- Support the semi-annual compensation cycles by managing data analysis and troubleshooting technical issues with the HRIS systems team.
- Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to provide data-driven recommendations that support hiring, internal movement, and strategy alignment.
- Develop a deep understanding of the OpenTable organizational structure and business to inform accurate, rigorous market pricing and benchmarking.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance for global stakeholders by managing compensation and equity reporting workstreams with our holding company.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a related analytical field such as Financial Planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with macros and VBA for complex data modeling.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality, error-free work products with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation fundamentals to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
