About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Consultant will be responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of Varicent based performance management solutions
Collaborating effectively with Senior Consultant to ensure successful client outcomes
Consulting throughout the software implementation lifecycle
Capture and validate notes from client discovery and review sessions
Performing configuration and development tasks both independently and under direction of senior team members
Provide SIT / UAT Test phase support related to owned deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of configuration experience within the Varicent Platform
Experience with Varicent Calculations, Composer, Presenter, Workflow, and Reporting modules
Exposure to ETL processes and data integration tools.
External client facing experience / prior consulting experience
SQL & Data Analysis
Advanced skillsets in excel / spreadsheet software
Expert communication skills including writing, listening, and speaking
