About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale relationships with leading LMSs, LXPs, HR platforms, and technology partners distributing, bundling, or referring OpenSesame’s enterprise learning solutions
- Define and evolve OpenSesame’s partner strategy
- Lead a global team of Strategic Partner Managers
- Own the programmatic maturity of the partner ecosystem
- Meet with top partners to understand business models, goals, performance metrics, and integration requirements
- Review partner processes, systems, reporting, and playbooks to identify scalability gaps
- Conduct and present a comprehensive SWOT analysis of the partner program
- Define the critical path for ecosystem growth aligned to 30%+ annual revenue targets
- Lead executive-level partner meetings, onsite visits, strategic presentations, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions
- Develop and execute a three-year partner ecosystem strategy
- Present cross-functional recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Launch improved onboarding, partner tiers, enablement, and operating processes
- Establish a scalable partner governance model
- Build and launch partner reporting systems tracking performance, pipeline, onboarding, enablement, and strategic outcomes
- Optimize and operationalize the Partner Playbook
- Serve as executive owner for strategic partners, leading roadmap alignment, joint business planning, and GTM initiatives
- Drive ecosystem-led revenue growth and lead complex partnership opportunities end-to-end
- Contribute to Senior Management Team OKRs, strategy, and representation of the partner ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven examples of building systems, leading teams, scaling ecosystems, and driving results
- Track record of delivering excellent results
- Ability to understand partner business models, goals, performance metrics, and integration requirements
- Ability to develop partner strategy and three-year ecosystem plans
- Ability to lead executive-level partner meetings, negotiations, onsite visits, and strategic presentations
- Ability to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations around partner-led go-to-market motions
- Ability to establish partner governance, reporting systems, tiering, incentives, and performance metrics
- Ability to lead complex partnership opportunities end-to-end
- Approximately 25% travel availability
- Candidates must be based in the United States or Canada
