About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across domains, security, and infrastructure products
- Drive membership upgrades based on usage, complexity, and value realization
- Actively build and manage an expansion pipeline, not just react to inbound demand
- Proactively manage account health across onboarding, activation, usage, and renewal
- Reduce churn by identifying risk early and acting before renewal moments
- Increase attach rates of add-on products (SSL, DNS, email, etc.)
- Ensure new customers reach operational usage quickly
- Remove friction in onboarding, integration, and first transactions
- Act as structured voice of the customer, not anecdotal
- Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and forecasting
