Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across domains, security, and infrastructure products
  • Drive membership upgrades based on usage, complexity, and value realization
  • Actively build and manage an expansion pipeline, not just react to inbound demand
  • Proactively manage account health across onboarding, activation, usage, and renewal
  • Reduce churn by identifying risk early and acting before renewal moments
  • Increase attach rates of add-on products (SSL, DNS, email, etc.)
  • Ensure new customers reach operational usage quickly
  • Remove friction in onboarding, integration, and first transactions
  • Act as structured voice of the customer, not anecdotal
  • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and forecasting
