Requirements
- Property Claims - in-depth knowledge (5+ years) of property claims processes, including FNOL, coverage verification, evaluation, and settlement.
- Great Communication - effectively, concisely, and consistently communicates to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly Collaborative - motivates and inspires cross-functionally and can lead/influence teammates from various backgrounds.
- Ability to see the big picture - understands how Claims fits into the company’s roadmap and strategic vision
- Data-driven decision-making - proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive decisions at a fast pace.
