About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and buildout of Salesforce for Sales and Customer Success
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows
- Design and deploy automation that eliminates repetitive manual work
- Own the full GTM tech stack
- Ensure seamless, reliable data flow across GTM tools
- Establish and enforce standards for system configuration
- Drive CRM adoption and own data quality initiatives
- Assess and implement new GTM tools
- Build out and lead a Systems team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture and implementation
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation in GTM contexts
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Experience leading CRM migrations or major system transformations
- Systems thinker with a strong bias toward scalable, clean architecture
- Track record driving CRM adoption and data quality in fast-moving organizations
- Strong cross-functional collaborator
