About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives tied directly to company OKRs.
- Translate business requirements into clearly defined technical programs.
- Ensure every request from business stakeholders aligns with company objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Make decisions on prioritization and tradeoffs in partnership with Engineering and business leaders.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
- Handle negotiation tradeoffs between scope, timelines, and impact.
- Proactively identify risks and remove blockers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent strategic technical role.
- Strong technical fluency (not required to be an engineer) with the ability to understand systems architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience translating complex systems into business-friendly language.
- Proven experience driving programs tied to OKRs and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience aligning and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering complex initiatives on time.
- Hands-on experience using Jira and other project management tools (e.g., Monday, Linear, Miro or similar) to manage cross-functional delivery at scale.
- Experience structuring backlogs, defining epics and milestones, and creating executive-ready reporting dashboards.
