About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure OpenLoop attracts, hires, and retains top talent while growing a strong pipeline.
- Source and interview clinicians in alignment with clients' requirements (ie. culture-fit, specialties, telehealth competency, etc.).
- Works directly with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver accordingly.
- Attract candidates using various sources such as social media, internal referrals, etc.
- Successfully meet established metrics for recruiting and delivering results.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for communicating our company’s vision and mission.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates after placement to ensure we are providing maximum value and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between OpenLoop clinicians and our internal client representatives.
- Coordinate internally across multiple verticals for timely clinician onboarding and anticipating future hiring needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a full cycle staffing recruiting role OR 1-2 years in a prospecting sales role.
- Proven success in recruiting for high-volume roles or making high volume cold calls.
- Experience or knowledge in healthcare is strongly preferred
- Fearless and resourceful—you're not afraid to cold outreach or pivot when needed.
- Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Experience with an ATS or CRM system.
