About the role
- Develop and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria. Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment.
- Communicate program objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget constraints.
- Establish and enforce project management methodologies and quality standards. Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that change requests are thoroughly evaluated and documented.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field required.
- 3+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager II or in a similar role, with a focus on systems, product, or program configuration.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end engineering or implementation projects, ideally in startup or healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with Webhooks, understanding of API architecture, design, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and configure technologies required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem solving skills.
