About the role
- Define, track and manage various dashboards and reporting related to key performance metrics (including but not limited to productivity, SLAs, pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate disposition activity)
- Ensure systems capture accurate recruiter activity and performance data, to aid our medical provider workforce planning teams, in growing and scaling our Clinical Recruitment services to our clients
- Lead, own and optimize ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar) implementation(s) and recruiting tech stacks, along with enhancements, and vendor evaluation.
- Scope and lead projects end-to-end, owning timelines, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery, carrying teams and main ATS users along, towards successful adoption of the tool.
- Build and scale processes, tools, and workflows as teams and the business grows
- Train and ensure HR / Recruiting best practices, across all recruiters and stakeholders on systems and processes, through creation and maintenance of guides, playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Manage system implementation processes, through use of workflows, templates, towards creating a positive hiring manager and candidate experience
- Partner across various teams, such as recruiting, operations, and workforce planning, showing ability to influence, encourage and motivate stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate a strong but diplomatic leadership, with ability to push back, set expectations, and hold teams accountable to timelines and outcomes
Requirements
- 5-7 years in program management, recruiting operations, workforce analytics, or HR analytics
- Strong ATS and recruiting systems experience
- Proven experience with HR system implementations, process building, training users on tools and scaling operations
- Experience defining and tracking recruiting performance metrics (productivity, SLAs, pipelines and other performance areas)
- Strong analytical and dashboarding skills
- Experience and confident ability to lead, communicate and manage difficult stakeholders, pushing back, keeping things on track and and driving them towards execution.
- Preferred: Startup or high-growth experience
- Preferred: Experience supporting global teams (e.g., LATAM, Canada)
- Preferred: Familiarity with the medical provider onboarding / credentialing process
