About the role
- Collaborate with solution engineers, product, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration.
- Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.
- Develop project plan, monitor project progress, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Foster collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates and potential blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, IT project delivery, or technical leadership.
- Experience in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems architecture.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheets or Microsoft Project).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills—able to synthesize and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly adaptable with proven success managing multiple, complex projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, with exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Calm under pressure and effective at navigating ambiguity with a solutions-first mindset.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
