Requirements
- Strong teamwork skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to drive vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions
- Professional proficiency in English (must be able to understand and respond to customers)
- Ability to use a computer and a smartphone
- Responsible, self-motivated and adaptable
- Ideally: Experience in the security field
- Experience in customer service
- Bilingual in English and French — this role requires interacting with clients, managers and colleagues in Quebec, other provinces, or other countries who may not speak French.
