About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple European countries, legal entities and employee populations
- Administer employee benefits including company cars, insurance, pension plans, mobility solutions and country-specific benefit programs
- Maintain employee data in Workday and support payroll and benefits activities throughout the employee lifecycle
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues on payroll and benefits topics
- Partner with payroll providers, insurers, brokers and internal stakeholders across Europe
- Support reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build expertise across all countries within scope and provide back-up support for business continuity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or professional certifications in Human Resources, Payroll, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR operations or a similar role
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration and employee lifecycle management
- Experience working in an international environment with multiple legal entities
- Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and discretion when handling confidential information
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines
- Strong service-oriented mindset and communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or Italian is an asset
