About the role
- Build targeted lead lists and pull key contacts across priority industries
- Assist with drafting outreach messaging for prospective clients
- Conduct research to support lead qualification and prospecting strategy
- Create and update proposals, sales decks, and one-pagers using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva
- Support the development of creative campaign concepts and athlete recommendation slides
- Maintain internal asset libraries and organize case studies and market examples
- Track NIL trends, emerging brand categories, and competitor campaigns
- Compile insights to identify partnership opportunities and whitespace in the market
- Assist in identifying athletes aligned with brand needs based on demographic, sport, and engagement data
- Help prepare internal documents and asset packages ahead of brand pitches
- Assist the team with CRM organization, data entry, and internal reporting tasks using Microsoft 365 tools
- Provide general operational support to improve sales process efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong written communicators, especially in a professional or marketing-oriented context
- Curious, resourceful, and proactive in generating insights and ideas
- Passionate about sports, NIL, brand partnerships, and content-driven marketing
- Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):
- Experience using Canva for presentations or creative asset development
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead generation processes
- Interest in sales, athlete marketing, or digital brand activation
