About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Migrate and deploy customer environments: firewalls, secure web gateways, ZTNA, SD-WAN, IPSec, hybrid cloud interconnect to Azure.
Run high-stakes operations: incident response, root-cause analysis, change execution under customer SLA.
Talk to customer engineers and architects directly. Communicate clearly, technically, and professionally.
Automate. Python, bash, vendor APIs. Manual repetition is a defect.
Coordinate with internal DevOps and platform teams on shared infrastructure.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Production experience operating enterprise network and security stacks at the CLI on devices that assume you know what you're doing.
Production experience with at least one major SASE/NGFW vendor: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Zscaler, Netskope, Cato, or equivalent.
Azure networking in production: VNets, peering, gateways, hybrid connectivity.
Python or bash against vendor APIs in production.
Customer-facing English on the phone, under pressure, with technical and non-technical counterparts.
