Drive new logo acquisition targeting mid-market businesses for SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, and Global Connectivity solutions
Prospecting and lead generation via cold calling, networking, industry events, and outbound outreach in collaboration with marketing and technical teams
Consultative selling with senior decision-makers to understand challenges and craft tailored solutions
Position Open Systems against competitors by showcasing product advantages
Own full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure
Build and maintain strategic relationships and long-term partnerships with key decision-makers
Gather market intelligence on trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition and revenue sales targets
Onboard: learn internal teams and products, participate in early-stage customer meetings, and visit Zurich to strengthen team relationships
Requirements
Proven Hunter Mentality with strong experience in acquiring new business and developing fresh client relationships
Track record of success selling SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, and Global Connectivity solutions to mid-market enterprises (500 to 25,000 users)
Consultative sales skills with ability to engage C-level executives (CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders)
In-depth product expertise in SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, and Global Connectivity
Deep knowledge of market landscape and ability to navigate complex, multithreaded sales cycles
Minimum 5 years senior B2B sales experience in IT networking and cybersecurity focused on mid-market (at least 60 months)
Strong book of business and established network in the German market
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally beyond
Experience working with channel partners to create and drive sales opportunities
Strong networking skills; reliable and professional approach
Eager to learn and expand technical knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU citizen / Swiss resident or valid work permit)
