• Customer-facing engineer: As part of a forward deployed Pod consisting of business and technical skillsets, act as the customer-facing engineer to translate business needs into software that works in Production at Tier 1 banks
• Architect: Embed within the bank’s architecture and infrastructure teams to design the bank’s future state architecture leveraging OpenCoreOS to unlock accelerated innovation by architecting distributed systems for resilience, scale, and five-nines reliability
• Integration: Integrate OpenCoreOS into customer cloud estates leveraging AI to accelerate progress
• Build: Build a digital twin from the bank’s existing core, debug client data and write data pipelines between the bank’s existing systems, and develop proof of concepts
• Test: Run performance tests and validate scale and resilience

Forward Deployed Engineer – Platform

Platform Engineer

• Build and scale multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure (EKS/GKE) for five-nines workloads.
• Architect active-active distributed systems (Kafka, CockroachDB/YugabyteDB, Redis).
• Implement Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD) across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Own DR, failover, backup/restore, and multi-region resiliency.
• Drive zero-trust security, identity, multi-tenant isolation, and cryptographic audit trails.
• Build and maintain stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and OTEL.
• Lead AI-driven automation (auto-remediation, incident insights, AI-based root cause analysis).
• Support on-prem/air-gapped deployments and legacy integrations.

Senior Platform Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Build early MVPs for Tier-1 banks.
• Architect distributed systems with Go, Kafka, and distributed SQL DBs.
• Own systems across the full SDLC (coding, testing, DevOps, infra, product shaping).
• Implement advanced CI/CD and testing automation.
