Senior Billing and Collections Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of invoices for 100% of company revenue.
- Send all supporting documentation required for the prompt payment of our invoices.
- Manage the prompt and effective collection of all outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with Finance on accounts receivable management.
- Produce billing and collections reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Data Management Skills: Strong proficiency in accurate and fast entry of critical financial information.
- Analytical and Reporting Skills: Ability to read and interpret billing and collections data.
- Systems and Process Skills: Ability to manage and optimize billing and collections systems.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Language Skills: Good English (B1) and excellent French (minimum C2).
