About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Billing and Collections Management: Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of invoices
Reporting: Produce reporting on billing and collections
Query Analysis and Resolution: Handle internal and external inquiries related to billing and collections
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Finance and the Enrollment and Sales Operations teams
Continuous Improvement and Data Quality: Help improve and ensure the accuracy and reliability of billing data
Customer Support and Relations: Respond to customers efficiently and promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Data Management Skills: Proven ability to enter financial information accurately and efficiently
Analytical and Reporting Skills: Ability to read and interpret billing and collections data
Systems and Process Skills: Ability to manage and optimize billing and collections systems and processes
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Language Skills: Good English (B1) and excellent French (minimum C2)
Experience with Salesforce; knowledge of Frisbii (formerly SoFacto) and NetSuite is a plus
