About the role
- Supervise and support the billing and collections team (4 people).
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of 100% of realized revenue.
- Optimize collection processes to ensure effective recovery of all invoices.
- Implement standardized processes to reduce rejection rates.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to renegotiate commercial terms.
- Implement management tools and performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Excellent management and coaching skills for high-performing teams.
- Strong finance and data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
- Expertise in structuring and scaling billing processes.
- Results-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven IT skills, including advanced Excel and Tableau proficiency.
- Significant experience in higher education or EdTech environments.
- Fluency in French and English at a minimum C1 level.
