About the role
- Act on the visual and structural standardization of medical reports, considering different types of exams and combinations
- Create and evolve scalable templates to reduce the need for manual rework
- Work extensively with typography, visual hierarchy, legibility, and information organization
- Translate complex problems into clear, consistent, and reusable solutions
- Use Figma to create, document, and organize components, styles, and variants
- Collaborate with Product, Technology/Engineering, and medical teams to understand constraints, needs, and opportunities
- Challenge the current state and provoke reflection on product evolution, with a critical and pragmatic mindset
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with existing standards — or support the creation of new patterns and guidelines
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in digital products
- Strong graphic design skills applied to product (layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and content readability)
- Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, and file organization)
- Ability to deeply understand the problem before proposing solutions
- Good communication skills to engage with diverse profiles (technical, product, and medical teams)
- Proactive attitude, able to identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and suggest directions
- Attention to detail and a high standard of visual and functional quality.
