About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution across priority partners
  • Own a portfolio of strategic partnerships as a business, setting direction and prioritizing opportunities
  • Support commercial negotiations from partner evaluation through launch, expansion, and renewal
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to launch, manage, and optimize partnership initiatives end-to-end
  • Advocate internally for partners and align product and cross-functional teams to partner goals
  • Establish and manage partner operating rhythms, including business reviews, planning sessions, and issue resolution
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, revenue, usage, and satisfaction
  • Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with partner counterparts and identify new collaboration and growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or product within the technology industry
  • Proven experience supporting or leading strategic partnerships, including technical/product integrations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, finance, and sales teams
  • Ability to independently own and scale partner relationships over time
  • Ability to identify expansion opportunities and drive long-term value beyond initial deal execution
  • Strong strategic judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing opportunities, and make trade-offs
  • Strong relationship-building and clear, effective communication skills
  • Self-directed and adaptable, with comfort operating in fast-moving environments
  • Past experience working at high-growth companies preferred
