About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead concurrent office moves, restacks, and phased relocations from approved scope through move-day execution, stabilization, and closeout.
  • Build integrated move plans covering schedules, budgets, dependencies, seating, IT/AV, security, furniture, facilities, accessibility, communications, and contingencies.
  • Translate business requirements and stacking plans into move waves; lead readiness reviews, issue resolution, and post-move retrospectives.
  • Establish clear responsibilities, decision-making processes, and escalation paths across business leaders, People, IT, Security, Facilities, Communications, and Finance.
  • Manage move vendors and workplace service providers, including scope, schedules, deliverables, quality, safety, and costs.
  • Communicate plans, risks, and decisions to employees and executives while minimizing business disruption.
  • Develop scalable move playbooks, RACI models, readiness checklists, cutover plans, and service standards.
  • Maintain risk and issue logs, change control, budget tracking, and governance across the move portfolio.
  • Track KPIs—including readiness, move accuracy, downtime, employee experience, and cost—to improve future execution.
  • Own the CAFM roadmap, governance, budget, vendor performance, and success measures.
  • Translate workplace workflows into system requirements and releases; oversee configuration, testing, launch readiness, and change control.
  • Establish standards for floorplans, occupancy, employee assignments, and move data, maintaining CAFM as the system of record throughout the move lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption through documentation, training, support, and integrations with HRIS, ITSM, access control, reservations, and analytics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8+ years of experience in workplace operations, move management, space and occupancy planning, or corporate real estate in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading concurrent, complex office moves and relocations end to end, including schedule, budget, vendor, communications, cutover, risk, and stabilization ownership.
  • Hands-on experience serving as a business owner, product or program manager, or administrator for CAFM/IWMS platforms such as OfficeSpace, including requirements, UAT, data governance, integrations, and adoption.
  • Strong program management, analytical, and executive communication skills; able to manage budgets, vendors, RAID and change control, and KPIs using Google Workspace, Tableau, and related reporting tools.
