About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, recruit, and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers
- Formulate strategies for regional expansion
- Own regional revenue goals and business performance
- Develop and execute the EMEA commercial strategy

Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, technology, or related commercial leadership roles
- 10+ years of experience leading high-performing sales, account management, customer success, or revenue teams
- Experience building new products from the ground up
- Passionate about AI applied to marketing
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling businesses
- Experience managing distributed teams across EMEA
- Exceptional people leader
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Highly data-driven with analytics proficiency
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Passion for AI to shape transformative technologies responsibly
