About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deeply embed with strategic platform customers as the technical lead
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify applications of GenAI in their industry
- Intervene to accelerate customer time to value through prototypes or strategic guidance
- Manage relationships with customers’ leadership to ensure successful deployment
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
- Share knowledge, codify best practices, and publish notebooks
- Validate feedback to Product and Research teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience
- Effective and polished communicator able to translate business and technical topics
- Led complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
- Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
- Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript
- Willingness to take ownership of problems end-to-end
- Humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues
- Ability to drive multiple concurrent projects and prioritize rigorously
