Solutions Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience.
- Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process.
- Demonstrate how the ChatGPT business product can provide solutions to customers' needs.
- Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions.
- Create and maintain documentation and guides related to pre-sales process.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during evaluations and purchases.
- Foster customer advocacy and represent their voice with internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and GRC teams for a seamless pre-sales experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer (or similar) role
- Managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations, preferably with a technical enterprise product
- Solid track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional pre-sales customer experience
- Experience providing higher level security and compliance support
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of IT security principles and customer requirements for similar technical B2B SaaS products
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders
- Possess a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills, managing multiple projects at once, and prioritizing effectively
- Personal commitment to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI.
