About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, recruit, and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers across EMEA
- Formulate strategies for regional expansion
- Own regional revenue goals and business performance across multiple markets
- Develop and execute the EMEA commercial strategy
- Partner with sales and customer success leaders to optimize customer engagement
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key advertisers
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reviews
- Serve as the voice of the EMEA market
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and market expansion initiatives
- Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices
- Represent OpenAI’s advertising offering externally
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, technology, or related commercial leadership roles
- 10+ years of experience leading high-performing sales, account management, customer success, or revenue teams
- Experience in building new products from the ground up
- Strong desire to play a role in shaping the future of AI in marketing
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling businesses across multiple international markets
- Experience managing distributed teams across EMEA
- Exceptional people leader who enjoys recruiting, coaching, developing, and inspiring teams
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a bias toward execution and operational excellence
- Highly data-driven and comfortable using analytics to inform business decisions.
- Passionate about AI and excited to shape how advertisers adopt transformative technologies responsibly at scale
