About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead OpenAI’s global partner enablement strategy
- Build and scale the partner enablement function, including team, operating model, and systems
- Design and operationalize repeatable programs across onboarding, activation, product launches, and GTM motions
- Drive global rollout of enablement initiatives, ensuring adaptability across regions and partner segments
- Develop partner readiness programs, including training, certifications, and learning pathways across sales, technical, and delivery roles
- Create high-quality enablement content such as playbooks, solution guides, and messaging frameworks
- Enable partners to identify, qualify, and close AI opportunities aligned with OpenAI’s GTM priorities
- Partner cross-functionally to align priorities, messaging, and execution across all partner-facing initiatives
- Establish metrics and dashboards to track partner activation, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness
- Build feedback loops to capture partner insights and continuously improve enablement and GTM strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Turn complex product and GTM strategy into clear, scalable execution
- Have experience building and scaling partner or GTM enablement programs in high-growth environments
- Are an effective operator who can lead cross-functional initiatives across complex organizations
- Bring strong executive presence and can influence senior stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy building from 0→1
- Think in systems, operating models, and scalable solutions rather than one-off efforts
- Are passionate about AI and motivated to help partners deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
