About the role
- Deeply embed with our most strategic platform customers as the technical lead
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify the best applications of GenAI
- Accelerate customer time to value through building hands-on prototypes
- Forge and manage relationships with our customers’ leadership and stakeholders
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
- Scale the Solutions Architect function through knowledge sharing and best practices
- Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to the Product and Research teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience
- Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
- Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript
- Effective communication skills to translate business and technical topics to all audiences
