About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deeply embed with our most strategic platform customers as the technical lead
Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify the best applications of GenAI
Accelerate customer time to value through building hands-on prototypes
Forge and manage relationships with our customers’ leadership and stakeholders
Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
Scale the Solutions Architect function through knowledge sharing and best practices
Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to the Product and Research teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience
Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript
Effective communication skills to translate business and technical topics to all audiences
