About the role
- Write and edit curriculum: learning objectives, lesson outlines, scripts, assessments, and guidance for hands-on exercises and projects.
- Build certification and credential structure: badges, progression, and criteria that represent meaningful skill development.
- Create standards and operating guidelines for course production: templates, style guides, QA checklists, and update cadence.
- Use AI to accelerate course development and maintenance: generate drafts, test cases, examples, and QA checks.
- Design learning analytics to measure success: completion, assessment results, practice performance, and downstream behavior change.
- Work cross functionally to ensure learning experiences stay aligned with product updates, customer needs, and field feedback.
Requirements
- Have experience designing and shipping learning programs at scale for technical products.
- Are a strong writer who can explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Know how organizations adopt new capabilities across technical and non technical roles.
- Build systems and programs that are modular, repeatable, and maintainable.
- Use data to improve the learning experience and focus on outcomes.
- Enjoy working with OpenAI tools and experimenting with new ways to build education.
- Are passionate about AI literacy and empowering the workforce with AI.
