About the role
- Administer benefits programs for non-U.S. regions (medical, retirement, insurance, leave, wellbeing).
- Manage invoices, audits, and compliance with vendors.
- Support rollout of new country benefit programs.
- Conduct education sessions for new hires on benefits.
- Document and improve end-to-end benefits lifecycle processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for questions from employees and HR partners.
- Provide resources that help employees access their benefits.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for global workforce.
Requirements

- Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable in follow-through.
- Clear and empathetic communication.
- Data, audits, and compliance expertise across jurisdictions.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
