About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze and document client requirements
Configure and parametrize the ERP solution according to client expectations
Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure a successful go-live
Support on-site deployment, including data migration and change management
Provide functional support and handle enhancement requests
Prepare presentation materials and user guides
Lead training sessions
Work on company organization, reporting and optimization of information systems
Travel regularly to clients across France

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education in IT, minimum two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2)
Initial professional experience as AMOA (business analyst / project owner support) or ERP Consultant
Curiosity, rigor, adaptability and tenacity
Customer service orientation
Team player
Experience in property development or the real estate sector is a plus
Driver's license required
Availability for regular travel to client sites across France
Must be available to attend at least one in-person interview
