Account Manager

• Own influencer marketing strategy from beginning to end – executing all influencer campaigns from sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, execution, and reporting.
• Manage and scale the Open Ambassador program.
• Identify emerging creators and highly engaged micro influencers to hit monthly growth metrics.
• Optimize existing partner performance while expanding into new, untapped cohorts.
• Work with leadership and finance to ensure the program is meeting monthly channel goals for acquisition & efficiency.
• Build a diverse partner network to expand acquisition and awareness for Open app & studio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Content & Paid teams to build best in class partner briefs for monthly campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Keep a pulse on emerging platforms, best in class creative, and new content styles to ensure Open’s influencer program remains unique, efficient, and ahead of the latest social media trends.
