About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple outcome-driven projects while meeting quality, budget, schedule, and economic performance objectives
Manage each project from contract signature through a continuous improvement approach
Manage commitments made by Sales and maintain client relationships
Lead and actively contribute to responses and pre-sales activities
Identify or stimulate client needs to propose new products
Build the offering together with Project Managers and Product Management
Validate requirements analysis and cost estimates
Ensure internal and external governance, notably steering committee (COPIL), project committee (COPROJ), and user committee (COSUI)
Ensure contractual and financial follow-up of projects, including billing
Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks
Ensure project quality in accordance with the company’s quality system
Engage and align project stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with an IT services company (ESN) and/or a software vendor
Experience on projects with strong contractual commitments
Strong interpersonal skills and ease of verbal communication
Organizational skills, assertiveness, and rigor in project management
Ability to take a high-level strategic perspective
Diplomatic skills and ability to build consensus to defuse or resolve conflicts
Proficiency with IT tools
Strong written communication skills
Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
Public speaking experience is a plus
