About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, analyze and document clients' requirements
  • Configure and parameterize the solution to meet client requirements
  • Oversee testing (including user acceptance) and ensure a successful go-live
  • Support on-site deployment (data migration, change management)
  • Provide functional support and respond to enhancement requests
  • Prepare presentation materials (e.g., user guides) and deliver training sessions
  • Work on business organization, reporting, and the optimization of information systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (minimum two-year post-secondary qualification / Bac+2)
  • First professional experience as an AMOA (business analyst/project owner support) or ERP Consultant
  • Curiosity, rigor, adaptability and tenacity
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of real estate development or the property sector is a plus
