About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze and document clients' requirements
Configure and parameterize the solution to meet client requirements
Oversee testing (including user acceptance) and ensure a successful go-live
Support on-site deployment (data migration, change management)
Provide functional support and respond to enhancement requests
Prepare presentation materials (e.g., user guides) and deliver training sessions
Work on business organization, reporting, and the optimization of information systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science or a related field (minimum two-year post-secondary qualification / Bac+2)
First professional experience as an AMOA (business analyst/project owner support) or ERP Consultant
Curiosity, rigor, adaptability and tenacity
Strong customer service orientation
Team player
Knowledge of real estate development or the property sector is a plus
