About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Responsible for defining and designing an IT product.
  • Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Leading workshops, gathering requirements and drafting necessary documentation.
  • Training users and developing monitoring dashboards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in project management and workshop facilitation.
  • Proficiency in writing User Stories and Epics.
  • Proven experience leading teams (minimum 10 people).
  • Proficient with analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis and pedagogical skills.
