About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Greet visitors, clients and partners in person and by phone
- Organize business travel for employees
- Act as the local point of contact for General Services on facility- and people-safety-related matters
- Manage the operational administration of physical access, badges and sensitive areas for the Business Unit
- Handle orders for supplies and small equipment
- Monitor and follow up with suppliers and service providers
- Take part in organizing internal and external events
- Contribute to initiatives that promote cohesion and a friendly atmosphere within the agency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years in agency support, executive assistance, administrative support or general services/facilities management
- Minimum Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent) in administrative management, executive assistance, organizational management or related field
- Strong customer service and reception skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Responsiveness and versatility
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools
