About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment process end-to-end (interviews, interview reports, reference checks, issuing hiring requests, salary negotiation)
- Conduct daily sourcing on job boards and social networks / proactively headhunt candidates daily
- Participate in negotiating offers and employment contracts / support closing with candidates & draft employment contracts
- Support onboarding and monitor probation periods for new hires
- Develop employer branding: take part in recruitment communications and events such as open days, university/career fairs, and trade shows
- Support new hires from the preboarding stage
- Help new employees get started in our environment by guiding them with energy and care
- Conduct onboarding follow-ups at 1 month, escalate any concerns and share them with the team
- Lead group onboarding sessions
- Contribute to additional HR projects according to your interests and potential
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of recruiting IT profiles within consulting firms, ESNs (IT services companies), or recruitment agencies
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an ESN
- Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships
- Assertive, quick-thinking, adaptable and approach recruitment as a business partner
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in your work
- Attention to detail and demonstrable emotional intelligence
