About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full recruitment process end-to-end (interviews, interview reports, reference checks, issuing hiring requests, salary negotiation)
  • Conduct daily sourcing on job boards and social networks / proactively headhunt candidates daily
  • Participate in negotiating offers and employment contracts / support closing with candidates & draft employment contracts
  • Support onboarding and monitor probation periods for new hires
  • Develop employer branding: take part in recruitment communications and events such as open days, university/career fairs, and trade shows
  • Support new hires from the preboarding stage
  • Help new employees get started in our environment by guiding them with energy and care
  • Conduct onboarding follow-ups at 1 month, escalate any concerns and share them with the team
  • Lead group onboarding sessions
  • Contribute to additional HR projects according to your interests and potential

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting IT profiles within consulting firms, ESNs (IT services companies), or recruitment agencies
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an ESN
  • Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships
  • Assertive, quick-thinking, adaptable and approach recruitment as a business partner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in your work
  • Attention to detail and demonstrable emotional intelligence
