About the role
- Define, own, and execute a long-term growth marketing strategy
- Drive rapid customer growth through full ownership of all digital channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, Organic Social, Email/Push) and offline levers (brand partnerships, etc.), including hands-on management of at least one paid UA channel
- Establish marketing attribution models and build MMM from scratch to guide spend decisions
- Define KPIs for the growth function, ensuring accountability and transparency to the full org
- Set and run a rigorous testing framework across new and existing channels to quickly identify profitability and scale what works
- Manage and optimize budgets, ROI, and business cases, with clear reporting, implementation, and learnings
- Build an in-house creative factory to deliver high-volume creatives while collaborating with external agencies
- Partner with product and R&D to identify, prioritize, and deliver growth initiatives
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth team with strong ownership and a culture of execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA or CFA is a plus
- 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior FP&A role at a startup or high-growth company
- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, particularly in subscription-based and/or brick-and-mortar businesses
- Advanced proficiency with financial software/tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Quickbooks) and business intelligence platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
