About the role
- Create, optimize, and personalize web onboarding funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale through rapid, iterative testing
- Diagnose bottlenecks across the funnel and guide prioritization
- Run monetisation experiments, pricing, upsells, and initiatives to increase LTV
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiatives
- Build consistent frameworks, metrics, reporting, processes, and measurement systems for growth efforts and experiments
- Partner with UA and the marketing team to drive growth through channel optimisation and holistic user flows
Requirements
- 2+ years in product growth, with emphasis on conversion optimisation and onboarding funnels, ideally in a B2C startup
- Proven expertise in designing, running, and analysing A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
- Customer-centric mindset with a sharp focus on commercial metrics
- Strong experience with data-driven experimentation; hands-on familiarity with web onboarding tools is a plus
- Track record of working effectively with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth outcomes
- Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and deliver high impact quickly
