About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned cloud-native solutions, including containerized architectures and CI/CD pipelines, with integrated AI capabilities
Lead end-to-end architecture on complex projects, from pre-sales to production deployment, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
Define strategic architectural decisions and act as the technical interface between teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into pragmatic solutions and producing associated documentation (ADRs, guidelines)
Actively participate in development (code reviews, POCs, AI pipeline design, critical components) while ensuring overall technical consistency
Contribute to internal capability building through mentoring, AI technology monitoring, and best practice improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in software architecture across large-scale projects, with solid expertise in modern patterns (**microservices, event-driven, hexagonal, clean architecture**) and design principles (**SOLID, DDD**)
A genuine passion for AI and hands-on experience designing or integrating LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems
Excellent background in either **Java Spring Boot or .NET **stacks
Experience building scalable and resilient systems using cloud and container technologies (**Docker**, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS)
Demonstrated technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills across business and IT teams
Hands-on experience with **DevSecOps**, **CI/CD**, **observability**, and application **security** (OWASP, authentication/authorization, encryption)
Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level); French is a plus
