About the role

  • You design scalable, secure software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
  • You lead the implementation of complex projects from concept to deployment, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met.
  • You oversee the entire software lifecycle — from architecture through development to deployment.
  • You work closely with developers, product managers and QA teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • You use cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and implement CI/CD pipelines.
  • You deploy data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and visualization tools (Grafana, Power BI, Tableau) to support analytics.
  • You act as the interface between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technology and business needs.

Requirements

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in software architecture and leading large-scale projects.
  • You have strong knowledge of modern technology stacks (Java, Python, .NET, Node.js) as well as frontend frameworks such as React and Angular.
  • You are experienced in building scalable and resilient systems using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • You have hands-on experience with data and analytics platforms.
  • You bring excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills and can successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Your analytical and technical skills are outstanding, and you communicate confidently with stakeholders from both business and IT.
  • You are fluent in German and English (at least C1); French is a plus.
  • You are a strong team player who can also work independently and value transparent communication and an open feedback culture.
  • You have a passion for new technologies, enjoy varied challenges and value direct engagement with clients.
  • You are willing to visit clients on site occasionally.
