About the role

  • Shadow the senior ops lead and PM on user research, training, and agency onboarding
  • Ramp up on the ATS: capabilities, configuration, and workflows for each user type
  • Co-facilitate and independently run training sessions for agency users
  • Own support channels: triage issues, resolve common problems, escalate to engineering where needed
  • Independently facilitate workflow mapping workshops and usability testing sessions with agency HR teams
  • Identify patterns in support requests and user feedback; surface insights proactively

Requirements

  • Some working experience, ideally in operations, consulting, account management, or a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions (Good to Have)
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools or HR technology (Good to Have)
  • Background in user research, change management, or customer support (Good to Have)
