About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate actionable user insights that inform product roadmap decisions across products.
Collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers, and product ops on research problems.
Conduct research to drive insights and solutions for solving a problem.
Demonstrate and teach other designers and/or PMs how and when to conduct research using appropriate methods.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fully proficient in research methodologies and able to lead research initiatives.
Comfortable designing ways to understand large and ambiguous problem spaces.
Experience in collaborating with designers, PMs, engineers, and product ops on research problems.
Familiarity with validating hypotheses and analyzing data to identify patterns or trends.
Expected to propagate research practices to other government agencies.
Proficiency in generating actionable user insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
