Improve current SSOE infrastructure and user experience by identifying pain points and implementing enhancements that support daily teaching, learning, and school operations.
Drive pilot trials and proof-of-concepts in collaboration with technical teams, focusing on usability, scalability, and school-readiness.
Contribute to the design and development of SSOE 3 by translating insights from trials into scalable product requirements.
Engage regularly with school leaders, teachers, and ICT managers to gather feedback, co-design solutions, and prioritise improvements based on real-world needs.
Coordinate across MOE HQ divisions, policy teams (e.g. PDLP), vendors, and school stakeholders to align product experimentation with operational and policy goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or ICT strategy
Strong product thinking, user empathy, and ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience with enterprise IT, end-user computing, and ICT infrastructure
Familiarity with government procurement processes and vendor management
Experience working with educational institutions or large-scale public sector systems is an advantage
Proven ability to manage or improve digital infrastructure at scale will be a strong plus
