About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active participation in cross-functional HR projects, especially in Talent Acquisition as well as Rewards & Performance
- Learn about and support all relevant operational and strategic HR processes at production, administrative and sales sites
- Work in HR business partnering and support managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Analyze, prepare and present HR-related data and key figures
- Independently or collaboratively handle demanding tasks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, employees, managers and employee representatives
- Complete a rotation between the Frankfurt am Main and Cologne sites
- Contribute to shaping self-care medicines for millions of people
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 months of practical HR experience gained through study-related positions or internships
- Completed Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Rapid ability to familiarize yourself with new subject areas
- Agile, creative and team-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and willingness to perform
- Confident user of common IT programs
- Knowledge of Workday and/or SAP as well as modern e‑HR tools advantageous
- Commitment and willingness to relocate
- Openness to gaining new experiences
