About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Commercial Strategy Team to develop and execute brand commercial trade strategies for the ANZ organization
- Lead the Annual Planning Process, translating brand plans and integrating sales and revenue management initiatives into achievable commercial plans
- Lead Go-to-Market strategies tailored by channel and customer based on market evolution, business requirements, and portfolio goals
- Shape the innovation agenda with category opportunities, growth platforms and customer-based differentiation and innovation
- Lead, coach and support the team to deliver Brand Commercial Plans with clear growth strategies, objectives, goals, initiatives, and targets
- Lead and guide the team to track readiness to deliver on targets and measure progress and performance against plans
- Lead the creation of necessary interventions and initiatives to improve performance
- Lead the development and execution of long-term category strategies aligned with business goals and customer priorities across all channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience across sales, commercial strategy, brand management, or related roles
- Senior sales leadership plus cross functional experience is essential
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in FMCG industry
