About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Commercial Strategy Team to develop and execute brand commercial trade strategies for the ANZ organization
  • Lead the Annual Planning Process, translating brand plans and integrating sales and revenue management initiatives into achievable commercial plans
  • Lead Go-to-Market strategies tailored by channel and customer based on market evolution, business requirements, and portfolio goals
  • Shape the innovation agenda with category opportunities, growth platforms and customer-based differentiation and innovation
  • Lead, coach and support the team to deliver Brand Commercial Plans with clear growth strategies, objectives, goals, initiatives, and targets
  • Lead and guide the team to track readiness to deliver on targets and measure progress and performance against plans
  • Lead the creation of necessary interventions and initiatives to improve performance
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term category strategies aligned with business goals and customer priorities across all channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience across sales, commercial strategy, brand management, or related roles
  • Senior sales leadership plus cross functional experience is essential
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in FMCG industry
