About the role

  • Manage performance governance alongside Direct Networks and E-commerce teams
  • Define targets and monitor the main KPIs for each channel
  • Support JBPs (Joint Business Plans) and provide insights to guide channel strategy together with Trade
  • Lead meetings and create reports to support the commercial team
  • Provide sell-out projections and allocate targets across channels

Requirements

  • Required experience in sharing strategic insights with commercial teams in high-information environments
  • Advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel and Power BI is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Python and Streamlit will be considered a plus
  • Analytical profile with the ability to interpret data and propose solutions
  • Strong communication skills for working with other teams
  • Completed higher education; Languages: English
